The Goal
Steve wants to inspire companies to challenge the 'old' approach to employer brand in order to attract top talent. His brand needs its own 'spark' to do just that.
The Solution
A bold voice travels far, so we (Steve and I) wanted a bespoke brand that would get noticed.
Creating something that is attractive, full of energy and versatile AF.
We started with the ‘BS journey squiggle’
This unique line expresses the unknowns of career progression and the hiring process. It wonderfully acts as the foundation for our brand journey.
As we take the line out for a walk, pairing it with text, silhouettes and (predominantly people-based) photography, we really achieve something attention-grabbing.
The colour palette is a smorgasbord of vibrant energy, mirroring the forward-thinking, positive attitude, can-do members of the target market.
Brand Spark Academy is ready to take on the world.

Working with Liam to develop the brand identity for Brand Spark Academy was an absolute blast! Right off the bat, Liam totally got what I was going for. I wanted a brand that was inclusive and daring, something that would be easy to handle but still have that wow factor. And boy, did Liam deliver!
What amazed me was how Liam captured the essence of my brand in a single concept. Seriously, the first design Liam showed me was spot-on. I instantly knew we were headed in the right direction.
